Before a Royale Touche product becomes a part of your home or office space it goes through thorough tests for heat resistance, crack-resistance, stain-resistance and scratch test all at an ISI certified laboratory equipped with specialised Q&A machines from Germany and the USA.
Overlay / Tissue Paper
A specialised transparent paper coated with aluminium oxide and a unique resin mixture to protect the top surface of the laminate from scratches, impacts, abrasion, spills and other external agents.
Decor Papers
Top of the line, unique and highly detailed design paper from the best printers of Europe and Japan. Specialised inks with a rating of 6+ on the bluewool scale are used for the printing process to protect the colour fastness of the product from UV rays.
Underlay / Barrier Paper
A protective layer to preserve the depth and clarity of the design paper after pressing by preventing any darkening that may be caused by the Kraft paper core.
Core / Kraft Papers
A combination of specially treated Kraft papers with a variety of resin mixtures to provide strength, balance, stability, better sanding and adhesion and longevity to the product. The core once treated under control conditions prevents the laminate from cracking and fracturing.
